Me as a teacher

Language is everything. Only humans have language and it is language that makes us humans, participating members in a social network of bilons of people. Thousands of years before the invention of the internet, humans have being able to share knowledge and experiences with each other thanks to the most astonishing technology ever known: language itself. For instance, thanks to written language you can know the thoughts of people you don't know, even if they are already dead. Isn't that amazing?

Language is like a toolbox. It's an open door to infinite possibilities. Our task as language teachers is to give students access to those possibilities. The more competent they are in the knowledge and use of languages, and the more languages they know, the more powerful will be their minds, and more rich their experience. Let's help them acquire that amazing toolbox!
